• Please specify if ESB is required and the voltage
• The size of the trade stands booked is the only area available on the day of the show
• Tables are NOT provided with stands
• Stands must be set up the night before the show
• HACCP must be submitted prior to showing for all food stands
• Insurance MUST be uploaded to all applications at booking. 
• If using own generator, must be stated on the application and to trade stands organisers.
• All rubbish must be cleaned up into bins provided prior to, during, and after the show.
• The final decision on application and position on showgrounds lies with trade stands committee.
